SYS_VIN_HV / MV Seqeunce clarification

Continuing the discussion from SYS_VIN_HV / MV Sequence:

A collegue and I interpretted the answer to the above thread differently. Is the design guide correct or the dev kit? I.e., should SYS_VIN_MV come up 1 ms before SYS_VIN_HV (matching the design guide) or vice versa (matching the dev kit)?

Related, will this sequencing work for the Xavier AGX as well as the Orin? Our carrier board is intended to support both so want to ensure the sequence is valid for both.

Please follow design guide. MV should be >1ms earlier than HV. It is for Orin only, but ok for Xavier too.
