The Orin NX fails to flash

The Orin NX fails to flash. I’m using a physical machine with Ubuntu 22.04 installed, so I downloaded SDK Manager which can only install JetPack 6. The USB connection to the Orin NX is recognized, but at 43%, it prompts “waiting boot-up.” If I disconnect the recovery cable or leave it alone, it keeps prompting this and then fails. If I disconnect the recovery cable and then reboot, the Orin NX goes straight to the desktop. My Orin NX has Ubuntu 20.04 installed. What could be the issue?

Is it a NV devkit or custom board? Or you don’t know what my question mean?

Sorry, I really don’t understand

NV devkit代表底板是NV出的公板

custom board代表是其他vendor做的

請你在flash的時候參考這個方法抓device端的log

NV devkit means it is reference board made by NVIDIA.
Custom board means the carrier board is not from NV but other vendors, which may not be able to get flashed by sdkm.

Please dump the device side log by using this method during flash failure.
