Orin NX Stuck in Recovery Mode

Attempting to flash a Orin NX 16 GB with nVME SSD. Both are connected to a Orin Nano dev board from Nvidia.

Flasing JetPack 6.0, using a Ubuntu 22.04 native laptop.

SDK Manager says the flashing was successful, but the device seems to be stuck in recovery mode. The USB port enumerates as 0955:7323.
There is no jumper connected to the pins on the dev kit board.

Any recommendations on how to recover this module?

One more data point. The serial debug port does not output any data after powering the dev kit.

Do you have other modules/carrier boards for cross validation?
Looks like a hardware failure.
