We designed our custom board for AGX Orin 64GB.
Now, we are testing just default JetPack Image.
And there is PCIe to SATA Controller as following image.
It is connected to C5 port as above.
And “pcie@141a0000” is enabled with default Image.
But I can’t see any device with lspci command.

Do I have to do any customizing for this?
Hi, both TX and RX lines need to add AC capacitor for such device design. Are you using x2 mode on C5 port?
I would check the design as you commented.
And Yes, we need 2 Lanes of Gen 3 for bridge controller
So, Just 2 Lanes are connected to C5 port.
You can have x2 design there. The default software configuration shall still work.
