To update firmware and drivers of mellanox connectx-4 card

Hello Team,
We are experiencing an issue with the Mellanox ConnectX-4 EDR HBA card on a Windows Server 2016/2019 system. While the card is detected by the operating system, one port is showing in networks and not linking and the other port is not linking and displays the error message: ‘This device cannot start’.

Please note that ConnectX-4 EDR adapters have reached end of life and end of support, therefore are no longer supported.
