I am struggling to get a system working right. I have a Centos 7 system (also happens with 6) that has a NVS310 card. I have dual 27" 2560x1600 monitors (Acer B276HUL). When I hook both up with displayport, the second monitor shows up on the system and nvidia X server settings apps, but there is no display on the second screen. When I change from a displayport cable to a displayport->DVI cable, the resolution drops to 1920x1080 and the video displays just fine. Reducing the resolution on the second monitor to 1920x1080 while connected via displayport doesn’t help. daisy chaining the display port doesn’t help either.
The same thing happens with the stock system and the nvidia driver.
I have tried everything I can think of and don’t know where to look.
