Trying for days to install create but unrecognized command error

I have an error installing create. I have installed sys monitor, connectors, audio to face etc. Have completely uninstalled twice and reinstalled same error. Please help.

Error occurred during installation of Create: Command failed: “C:\Users\XX\AppData\Local\ov\pkg\create-2021.3.6\omni.create.warmup.bat” --/app/environment/name=‘launcher_warmup’
‘“C:\Users\XX\AppData\Local\ov\pkg\create-2021.3.6\omni.create.warmup.bat”’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
