Trying to flash jetpack 4.6.2 but it get stucked at 99% on TX2

What can I do to solve this problem

Are you on VM or host PC with Ubuntu 18.04?

VMs are not supported. The USB will disconnect and reconnect during flash, and the VM won’t handle this correctly unless setup keeps ownership of the USB (the VM can be made to work, but each VM’s setup differs, and you’d need to figure out how to keep USB even during a disconnect/reconnect event…basically that’s the realm of the VM manufacturer’s tech support).
