Issue Description
Two Sony IMX490/IMX728 cameras do not work simultaneously, but the test application nvsipl_camera works: nvsipl_camera -c “IMX490_RGGB_CPHY_x4” -m “0x1001 0x0000 0x0000 0x0000” --showfps, nvsipl_camera -c “IMX728_RGGB_CPHY_x4” --showfps -m “0x0000 0x0000 0x1100 0x0000”
