While we are testing TX2 NX SoM with Xavier NX devkit, it is not booting.

1. Does the TX2 NX SoM pre-flashed,
2. If so will it be compatible with Xavier NX devkit carrier board?

No, please reflash the TX2 NX by JetPack 4.5.1 via SDKM.
