TX2NX MIPI connect fpga PXL_SOF syncpt timeout! err = -11

The fpga and the dtb can be used on nano. But it shows error PXL_SOF syncpt timeout! err = -11 on tx2nx,here is my dtsi:

fpga sends signals automatically. I use csi4 and 4lanes.
