Is it possible now to bring up display over HDMI in U-BOOT and use it with the USB keyboard?

Not on the Nano. Jetsons don’t have a BIOS, so it would have to be supported in U-Boot (or CBoot compatible with U-Boot), but U-Boot only supports serial console.
