Unable to connect to Joystick after upgrading to v5.0.10.3

Joystick logitech F310 after upgrading to v5.0.10.3 is listed as an /dev/input/event2 instead of /dev/input/js0.

nvidia@tegra-ubuntu:~$ ls /dev/input/*
/dev/input/event0 /dev/input/event1 /dev/input/event2 /dev/input/mice /dev/input/mouse0

/dev/input/by-id:

Also, cannot locate joydev module and also following are the contents of kernel/drivers/input/:

nvidia@tegra-ubuntu:/lib/modules/4.9.80-tegra/kernel/drivers/input$ ls
touchscreen
nvidia@tegra-ubuntu:/lib/modules/4.9.80-rt61-tegra/kernel/drivers/input$ ls
touchscreen

Tried rebuilding the kernel with correct config as suggested here:
https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1038127/drive-linux/ps4-joystick-with-drive-px2/

However, I am unable to find the bootburn.sh on my host system under /drive-t186ref-foundation/utils/scripts/

user@user:~/nvidia/nvidia_sdk/DRIVE/Linux/5.0.10.3/OS/DriveSDK/drive-t186ref-foundation/utils/scripts$ ls
DPX2-P2379-EB-V4.02.04_release.zip

How do I flash the new kernel image with modules to the target?

Dear akn902017,

bootburn.sh is in /drive-t186ref-foundation/tools/host/flashtools/bootburn on your hostPC.
