Hi Team

Please find the above attached file for your reference, I tried working with the proxy server and firewall, but it didn’t help. I also tried changing the time zone and using a VPN, but I am still unable to install the launcher.

Could you kindly help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?

Two questions for you:

  1. Where are you located?
  2. Can you install Kit App Template rather than Launcher? GitHub - NVIDIA-Omniverse/kit-app-template: Omniverse Kit App Template

Follow these instructions:

1. Download "git" from https://git-scm.com/downloads
2. Download "git Large File Storage from https://git-lfs.com/
3. Start a windows command console by using running "cmd" from the Windows Start menu
4. Navigate to the root of c: or d: drive. Example "cd\"
5. Copy and run "git clone https://github.com/NVIDIA-Omniverse/kit-app-template.git"
6. run "cd kit-app-template"
7. run "repo template new"
8. run "repo build"
9. run "repo launch"
