Unable to find target while trying to run Isaac Orbit standalone example

Hi, I am trying to run any Isaac Orbit standalone example, however, on running any example I encounter following error:

[INFO]: Setup complete…
[INFO]: Resetting robots state…
[INFO]: [Step 000]: Flipping gripper command…
Program aborted due to an unhandled Error:
Unable to find target for this triple (no targets are registered)/home/labuser/.local/share/ov/pkg/isaac_sim-2022.2.0/Orbit/_isaac_sim/python.sh: line 43: 16426 Aborted (core dumped) $python_exe “$@” $args
There was an error running python

And, then the sim closes. The path is correct as the python.sh is located in above path, however, I am not sure why it is not able to find the target.

Could the Team please help with this issue.

Specifications:

Isaac Sim 2022.2.0
Ubuntu 20.04
CPU - Intel Core i7
Cores - 24
RAM - 32 GB
GeForce RTX 3060-Ti
VRAM - 16GB
Disk - 2TB SSD

Hi,

This seems a bit strange. I am unable to reproduce this issue on my end. Is the setup something similar to what is described here?

In my case, such kind of error in demos and my standalone applications was caused by a non-adequate interaction of Sim with the integrated and Nvidia GPUs in my laptop. Changing of PRIME profile in Nvidia settings to “NVIDIA (Performance mode)” has solved the problem.
