USB ports on Jetson Orin Nano Devkit not working

Hi,

I have been using Jetson Orin Nano Devkit with Jetpack 5. Three of my USB ports are not working, and there is no visual damage.
Any device connected to it powers on, but is not getting detected. When the device is connected to the fourth port, it is getting detected.
Is there any way to check what went wrong hardware wise?

What is the 3 dead ports on the carrier board? And what is the rest one that is still alive?

J6’s top port is working. The other three are not working.

Have you try to test the type C port with some adapter?

This sounds more like a broken hardware to me.

The type C port of Jetson is detected on my laptop as a COM port.
