Hello, my board tx2 has a USB that cannot be used. The hardware schematic diagram is as follows, and the software kernel is R28.2.

I wouldn’t know the specifics, but basically if you did not adjust your device tree, then even if the schematic is correct those ports would not work. You’d need to look at this part of the OEM Product Design Guide.

Start by measuring your VBUS voltages - you need to have 5V on those (on your plug, USB_VCC) otherwise it won’t work
