Run "pip install pyyaml " and try again.
Thanks for your reply.
My host machine has installed the pyyaml before. I tried again after run "pip install pyyaml ", the results has never changed.
Looking forward your further reply.
What is the default python running on your host? Python3 or python2?
My default python is python2. I changed the default python to python3, it still dose not work.
Looking forward your further reply.
There is a “EXPORT LOGS” button on sdkmanager. Please click it after your flash failure and attach the whole zip file here.
Thanks for your reply.
The “export logs” file is under above.

WayneWWW:
pip install pyyaml
Could you also try pip3 install pyyaml?
The log is still same.
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘yaml’
As your suggestion , I runned “pip3 install pyyaml”, the result is under above.
please fix that by yourself. This is not related to what we can help here.
I have fixed the problem of “pip3 install pyyaml” .
But it does not still work!
In my opinion , the device has recognized the usb.
Why it still need I unplug the USB and PowerJack . I Ifollowed the requirements, but it still couldn’t be Flashed.
Could you just test if any of your python2 or python3 can import yaml?
Thanks for your reply .
I have made a test with ChatGPT suggestion. The result is under above.
Looking forward your further reply.
Looks like your python2 still has no yaml installed.
I have installed the yaml of python2 and python3, but it still does not work!
I think the problem is probably not the yaml.
The log is under above.

Could you go to your “/home/luodeng/nvidia/nvidia_sdk/JetPack_6.1_Linux_JETSON_ORIN_NX_TARGETS/Linux_for_Tegra/”
and run this command directly and see what would happen?
sudo ./tools/kernel_flash/l4t_initrd_flash.sh --external-device nvme0n1p1 \
