Vulkan Driver not installing

Hi, I have a GeForce GT 730 which is supported by Vulkan? However, it seems impossible to install Vulkan correctly. I tried to run the VulkanRT.exe but it gives me the error code 45. I run windows 7 btw.

Some GT 730 are just rebranded Fermi cards. NVIDIA announced that they would support Vulkan on all Fermi cards, but when Vulkan was released they dropped the idea and never again said a word about it.
