But what’s about 2x and 1x ? If I buy a monitor with 6K or 8K resolution, then can I get 6K or 8K output from a single port of A400?
I checked other NV cards, some labeled 4x/2x/1x,some labelled 4x/2x. Why NV cannot labelled them all ? I mean, 4x / 2x / 1x, all should be clear to users.
On the other hand, these are bugs of datasheets: Missing maximum resolution of a single port.
Hello from Brazil
I tried to find the same information via many Google searches and hit a brick wall. Tried via direct email support via Nvidia USA and phone call with Brazil’s office and the answers were as if they do not know anything about Nvidia, just sent me the same pdf folders that do not have this information.
It’s a huge mistake that Nvidia does not provide a clear chart with the maximum resolution and frequency for a single port configuration, dual port and so on. I have an 8K TV and a 4k monitor and I need to know the least expensive Nvidia GPU that will provide simultaneously a 4k monitor and an 8k TV at least @60Hz… Also, I need a small profile model like T400, T600, T100, A400 and similar. I do not intend to spend my money on a very expensive model, I need the least priced model that can provide what I want.
