Xavier AGX uncommon issue

I have an experiment of AI,
the sys. get electricity from 12v batteries, that been charge over night from 220v.
I’m using Xavier AGX that get is power from transformer 12v to 19v i have camera cellular router switch and 12v FAN.
we have weird behavior from the computer, he crash CPU and GPU pings to the camera rise after a wile to few sec.
i change almost all of the component

in the site but no dice.
can some one help or give me a lead.

may I know which JetPack release you’re working with, what’s the background running application.
please also check the nvpmodel configuration, which power mode (power budget) you’re running with?

Jetpack 4.4.1 [L4T 32.4.4]
We are running yolact_edge, yoloV4 and tinyYoloV4 (all of them with 2 fps)
nvpmodel -m 0

please narrow down the issue by using directly power supply to reproduce the failure,
