Copy this script from maybe JetPack 4.6 and try again.

The configured environment needs to run on the jetpack 4.4 environment, and the relevant testers here do not want to change to another environment.

Hi,jetpack 4.4 doesn’t have l4t_create_default_user.sh scripts.

Then please just re-flash it and attach the serial console log after powering on.
