I tried a do-release-upgrade on the Xavier drive kit to try to update to 20.04 LTS. The update finished perfectly but after the mandatory reboot there is no longer a video signal on any of the HDMI ports. I suspect the Nvidia video drivers to be the issue here. Trying to start the virtual terminal using ctrl+alt+F is also not working. Does anybody have an idea how we could try to get the video working after an update?

Dear @lucas.vandijck,
We have not tested the upgrade. Could you please connect to target via minicom /dev/ttyUSB2 and check boot logs to see suspicious messages?

Excuse me, I would get back to you but I tried to flash the drive kit to return to version 18 LTS, but the flashing process is stuck at 99% progress.

Hi @lucas.vandijck ,

Please create another topic for the issue of stuck at 99% progress. Thanks.

Ubuntu 20.04 support isn’t available yet. I would suggest you to stick with 18.04 until then. Thanks.

These were the lines I found referencing the display in “journalctl -b”:
