378.13 RmInitadapter failed

I’m using Arch Linux and received the update from the 375.26 to the 378.13 driver last week. After the 378.13 installation, xorg won’t start anymore and I get the following messages in my kernel log:

Feb 21 15:37:54 archhost kernel: NVRM: loading NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module 378.13 Tue Feb 7 20:10:06 PST 2017

When I revert back to the 375.26 driver, everything works again. The graphics card in question is a GTX 770.

PS. The sticky readme in this forum says to always include nvidia-bug-report.log.gz when reporting problems. I’d include it, but I don’t see any way to attach files to a forum post?(nevermind, found it)
nvidia-bug-report.log.gz (50.3 KB)

This seems to be a consistent issue with the GTX 1050 in the Dell XPS 9560. See Dell XPS 15 9560 (Early 2017) (Page 2) / Laptop Issues / Arch Linux Forums for more details

375.26 works, but I can’t see any evidence that 378.13 has worked for anyone with this laptop. My logs look just like that aswell.

I’m running a bumblebee/bbswitch setup.
