About the Power Up Sequence

Hi
When I see the datasheet ,I have a problem.
1、about Power Up Sequence,If I Power Up the VDDIN and give the VIN_PWR_BAD# a high level synchronous,Whether it can be work well? the datasheet said the power VDDIN typical stable time is 54ms,So did I must delay some time to wait for the VDDIN stabled?

VIN_PWR_BAD# is a signal to indicate VDD_IN is stable, it can not be given high sync to VDD_IN on.
