Hi there and thanks for the post. I am sorry to hear this. Maybe in the error code it is giving you the correct instructions. That maybe be depreciated and you have to use something else instead. I can check on this as well.

Also in Kit 107, make sure you go to your extension manager and you install all of the actiongraph bundle and tools.

Thanks Richard. If you can find something that would be great. All the extensions are installed and active.

I am trying to get a sound to play when a door closes. I thought of doing this by reading the orientation or position of a door prim but that’s where I hit this problem. I then thought I could do it on a key press, but the sound, which is only 0.3 seconds long, won’t play if there is a gap between presses of more than 3 seconds. So I press and no play I press multiple times and I get multiple sounds. Confused and frustrated but I’m sure we’ll get there.

I think you would want the sound to be automatic to the door, surely. You don’t want to have to press a key, just to manually play a sound right?

Yes, automatic to the position of the door would be ideal. Thanks.

The door action is currently being triggered by a keypress so the keypress was an idea for a temporary workaround. I would also like to learn how to use the controllers in VR to trigger the door opening of the door when selecting the door handle. I was going to put that in another post. Really appreciate you getting back to me.
