AGX Orin DevKit - auto power-on not working when power removed for short time

Hi Nvidia Team

When unplugging and plugging back in the power to the DevKit very fast (ms), the system does not auto-power on anymore. Pressing the power button once and the system starts. We saw this behavior on a custom carrier board and were able to reproduce it on the DevKit. As this means that the system would be stuck when a short voltage drop happens, we would like to know how to prevent this.

The system needs time to fully discharge. You can measure the power down sequence and change the discharging circuit design accordingly.
