I am evaluating the Orin AGX 64GB industrial module for our project and need to understand its inrush current characteristics. Could you provide details on the peak inrush currents during the initial power-on, including both the peak current values and the duration of these peaks?

I plan to operate the Orin AGX 64GB module in 30W mode. Could you provide information on the maximum load and inrush currents, including the duration of these peak currents, for both 12V and 5V power rails? This information is crucial for selecting appropriate regulators for my setup.
