Hello,
I am trying to flash Jetpack 5.1.6 through sdkmanager on a Jetson AGX Xavier.
I am using a laptot that runs a fresh installation of Ubuntu 20.04, but I can’t flash Jetpack to the jetson. I have used the normal mode, the recovery mode and the RMC mode, but did not get any success.
Here is the dump of the flashing logs:

Thanks in advance for any help given !

Hi,
Some questions to confirm:
- Are your using a developer kit or a custom board?
Please also provide the serial console log for us to review.
Thanks
Hello,
I am indeed using a developper kit.
For the serial console log, I am not sure how to get it: I only have the device /dev/ttyACM0 showing when plugging a cable from the jetson to my host computer (an usb-c cable), and it dissapear when Im flashing (screen is disconnecting from the device)
Hi,
You should connect it to the micro-USB port.
Thanks
I have a USB-C port instead of the micro-usb
Hi,
It’s not our official developer kit.
Please reach out the vendor to get the customized BSP to flash your device.
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for the answer, I did not know that this was not the official dev kit.
I will mark your answer as the solution
