Jetson agx xavier not flashing

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to flash a Jetson AGX Xavier (AGX928-08) module and am encountering persistent issues.

Details:

Host OS: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

JetPack / L4T versions tried: 5.1.3, 5.1.4, 5.1.5

Board detected in RCM via USB: lsusb shows 0955:7019

Flashing via SDK Manager and flash.sh fails with the following errors:
CPU Bootloader is not running on device
Parsing boardid failed
Installation failed
Request:

Please advise the correct procedure to recover or reflash the bootloader and system image on this AGX928-08 module, or provide guidance if the board requires replacement bootloader binaries.

it is this one, however i was able to flash via cli but then it has display issue and it not showing screen and not showing terminal after flash, i was checking it via serial port

Hi,

Please contact the Connect Tech vendor to obtain the customized BSP, as our SDK Manager or official bsp only supports the developer kit.
