the soft program always requireme me to install wsl but it not work

Looks like the log file isn’t legible because the characters are not rendering properly. Seems like your OS language pack is not in English?

If so, can you try the following:

  • Switch your system to the English language pack
  • Try to install AI Workbench
  • If this succeeds, you can move back to the original language pack
