Anyone able to flash non-sd card (NVME) only Jetson Orin Nano to 6.1 using SDK Manager without Ubuntu

I am running Fedora on my desktop, and thanks to an rpm can install Nvidia SDK Manager without issue. However, since I am not running Ubuntu there is not automatically an SDK release that I can select.

I do have the option to perform an OFFLINE install from local folder however I have no idea what I need to download to perform the upgrade, or even where I could download it (no download links anywhere I look)

I searched the forum high and low and have seen several folks ask similar questions, however non mention OFFLINE install method. Every SDK manager post is in context of running on Ubuntu.

Secondary question. My NMVE is 128Gb, but I noticed the the Jetpack 5.1 install the the Jetson came with did not seem to utilize the entire drive. Is it safe to assume that I need to expand filesystems? If I recall it looked like the Jetson had file systems labeled as Windows Filesystems

A Ubuntu host is requirted!
Please download SDK Manager to your host and follow user guide steps to re-flash BSP on your device.
