Cable can not linkup on ConnectX-7 NIC

I’m the rookie on the IB.When I use the CX7 NIC,I have some problems.The cable can’t linkup on the NIC.The state is polling and physical state is ETH_AN_FSM_XMIT_DISABLE as the picture shown.

.I want to know what’s the mean of the ‘ETH_AN_FSM_XMIT_DISABLE’ and how can I solve this problem

Based on the screenshot provided, it shows you are using an unsupported cable. Please make sure you use a validated/supported cable based on the ConnectX-7 f/w RN → Firmware Compatible Products - NVIDIA Docs
