Cannot access the private registry and download docker image

Hi,

When I can join the drive group and see the private registry in NGC,
I try to download Docker Image via the terminal, but the download failed.

I log in NGC again, then I can’t see the private registry and the drive group.

Could anyone help me?

Yes, I received the mail on 09/23 and joined the drive group. (But I cannot find this mail currently)
After 3 hours, I cannot see the drive group and the private register until now.

I tried “Use alternate method”, and still cannot see the private register.

I’m not sure if you’re having the same issue but this workaround works for another developer (see Drive OS NGC Docker Container no access to drive group anymore - #12 by christopher.tuch). Please help try it again. Thanks.

Are you sure that you have activated the account on NGC before? I don’t see the account you provided me offline.

I was able to log in to this page,
https://ngc.nvidia.com/collections/drive:driveos-sdk:drive_os_linux_sdk
But I cannot access it and see the drive group after about three hours.
