Hello.
I found that ZED camera is suitable for Jetpack 2.3, for Jetson TK1 board.
and with latest Jetpack 3.1, wireless driver didn’t work.
I tried to download and install Jetpack 2.3 here :
but download link is not valid.
Because ZED camera is not working on my Jetson TK1 board, Im trying this 2.3 version.
I found Jetpack 3.0 here:
However, when I run it, it doesn’t download the necessary packages.
Is the link broken because ten years have passed?
Sorry, I found jetpack 2.3 in archive download center.
Hi,
The latest Jetpack release for TK1 is r21.8:
Linux for Tegra R21.8 | NVIDIA Developer
Please check developer guide to download, extract the packages and flash system image.
Hello.
I know it. Please read carefully.
because It seems that ZED camera SDK is compatible with Jetpack 2.3, I’m trying to install it.
Hi,
Jetpack 2.3 is r21.5 for TK1. You can download the driver package and sample rootfs from r21.5 webpage.
Hello. Are you reading my questions?
This is not related to the TK1’s firmware. The Jetpack runs on Ubuntu 14.04.
The Ubuntu 14.04 computer will transfer files to the TK1, so the host computer matters.
I listened to you and tried with r21.5, but the result is the same.
r21.5 is just Linux and the kernel; it doesn’t include CUDA or several libraries and samples. It is meaningless if I can’t install Jetpack.
This is the problem I experience :
Hello,
I am trying to install the Jetpack3 on my Ubuntu 14.04 64bit workstation. I’m executing the run script as sudo and the install gets to the point of the Component Manager then just hangs with the bottom status indicator saying Downloading update lock. No packages are listed in the manager. After some long time it changes to Error and I have to close out the installer. The only files that are actually in the install folder are the _install folder and the JetPack_Uninstaller.
I had install…
Hi,
The links are obsolete. We will check and see if the links can be revived. Since r21 releases are old, this would take some time.
Would suggest consider Orin series to use latest Jetpack 6.
Thank you very much.
I have an old Jetson Nano and a Jetson TK1 board in my house.
I used them for an autonomous UAV and Pixhawk rover project 8 years ago.
I was planning to use them again now, and if I need further development, I would move to the Jetson Orin Nano.
I admire Jetson and NVIDIA, but if I don’t receive any assistance, I might be very disappointed and give up the project. I might even have to throw away these Jetson boards, leading to environmental pollution.
I haven’t read anywhere that the Jetson TK1 is no longer usable, but I’m having a hard time connecting it to the ZED camera or other WLAN devices.
I solved the problem; R21 is not needed.
The wireless LAN driver worked right after installing the Greench kernel, and the reason the ZED camera didn’t function was due to an obsolete ZED calibration file server.
Thank you very much.
but I think the link should be modified.
