Jetpack downloading error

Hello,

I want to reset my Jetson TX1 with Jetpack 3.1. But after I installed Jetpask, there are always some packages couldn’t be downloaded (I am in America now). It shows downloading error. The packages which can’t be downloaded are:

Host-Ubuntu
Documentation (part 3)
VisionWorks Pack
OpenCV for Tegra

Target-Jetson TX1
Linux for Tegra Host Side Image Setup
File System and OS
Drivers
Install on target
cuDNN package (part 3)
VisionWorks Pack
VisionWorks Object Tracker

I must use jetpack 3.1 because I need CUDA 8.0 and cuDNN 6.0 on my jetson TX1. Can you check these downloading? Thank you!
