Hi,
I get the exact same results as appeared here:
hello
I reflashed the Jetson AGX Orin and I was trying to install SDK components but the host PC didn’t detect the jetson.
So, I tried to turn the jetson into force recovery mode.
Although I was able to do it before reflashing, now I can’t do it
How can I turn it recovery mode.
I can’t get into recovery mode and even when using the SW method to enter this mode, the devkit performs reset and boots.
I never flashed this devkit before.
Is there a known fix for this problem?
Thanks

Are you on behave someone to file this issue?
Supposed you use Jetson AGX Orin devkit on project development for a quite long time, you should know how to get the device into recovery mode to do the flash.
If you follow the instruction at Jetson AGX Orin can’t turn into force recovery mode - Jetson & Embedded Systems / Jetson AGX Orin - NVIDIA Developer Forums still not work, then I can only suspect there are some HW problem, and suggest to do the RMA.
can you try this on your jetson?
sudo reboot --force forced-recovery
also, I think you already did do this but make sure that cable-type c is connected next to the 40 pin header.

I tried that as well.
The type c cable is connected next to the 40 pin header.
Do you need me to upload something in order to make sure?

I can confirm that using the SDK with two USB type c cables works (one for power and one for host)
Is that make sense?
Yes, one is for power and other is the one you use to connect to your x86 ubuntu machine.
What is the jetpack version and your host ubuntu’s version?

I think the misunderstanding is that in the original instructions they state that only one type c cable should be connected. If I use two cables I can flash manually
