The “Jetson TX1 OEM Product Design Guide” indicates that the CARRIER_PWR_ON is 3.3V CMOS (section 3.0). The “Jetson TX1 Datasheet” indicates it is 1.8V CMOS (section 4.5 Pin Descriptions).

Which voltage is it?

It’s 3.3v CMOS, datasheet needs to be updated in future version, thanks.
