I went to the the NVIDIA corporation file. and opened up all permisions. That worked… Before that I reinstalled over and over with default settings and location tuirned off all malware and antivirus. turned off firewall. all with with win10 with an ASUS prime x370 plus MoBo 64Gbs of ram, ryzen1700 and an RTX306012G. I did all the same things after upgrading to win11 with a ASUS tufX570plus ryzen 9 5950x. but NOTHING worked then I added permisions to the Nvidia Corporation folder and everything is GOLDEN.
