Clara AGX dev kit Not detecting RTX6000 GPU

Hi,
I have re-flashed my clara agx dev kit, after reflashing I switched to dpgu. I was following this guide: holoscan-docs/devkits/clara-agx/clara_agx_user_guide.md at main · nvidia-holoscan/holoscan-docs · GitHub.

after that I tried rebooting the system and connected monitor in the display port but the clara gave display output in hdmi out port only, so i logged and ran nvgpuswitch.py query but it didn’t listed the rtx6000.

I tried nvidia-smi but it shows “NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.”

during boot up noticed an error like failed to load nvidia persistence daemon

I have also noticed the connectX module in the clara is stuck in recovery mode. when I entered the lspci | grep Mellanox command I got the following output only : 0000:01:00.0 Memory controller: Mellanox Technologies MT28908A0 Family [ConnectX-6 Flash Recovery].

It should have listed out the ethernet controller it have but it was not showing. before flashing it, i was using the ethernet controller and it was fine. but now its not, i even tried reflashing it but it didn’t help.

somebody please help what to do
