Could isaac provide weather system by any way?

I want to make different scenes by changing different weather ,such as sunny , rainy, cloudy and foggy, to simulate and test robots’ different situation and physics. Is there any way to realize this easily by shader or nvidia physx?

Could the particles system or fluid dynamics be used to make custom weather in theory? I’m sorry that I’m not familiar with physics engine.
