Could not receive ngc active email

Issue Description

I can’t access the NGC DRIVE private registry.

followed the instructions in Set Up Docker and NVIDIA GPU Cloud Access | NVIDIA Docs

But I don’t received the NGC activation email, my email is erfeng.jiao@mercedes-benz.com, Could you help me to resend the active ngc email, Thanks very much

Are you able to login to NVIDIA Developer (aka DevZone) (https://developer.nvidia.com) ? If not, what is observed.

Thanks @erfeng.jiao for confirmation. I am assuming you have used DevZone credentials to login into NGC and noticed no driveos/driveos-sdk . I will check internally and get back to you.

Hi Yes, I switch to the new browser, and login the ngc.nvidia.com, and can’t find anything about drive/driveos-sdk yet

based on the document, I should receive the ngc active email, but i can’t receive this email now.

Your email ID is already part of driveos/driveos-sdk team. I am checking internally on this issue.
Could you confirm if you see driveos in org page when login with your email ID like below? Could you share what you notice in org page?

Hi I can’t see the drive/driveos-sdk org in NVIDIA NGC (after login with xxx@mercedes-benz.com)

and it will quickly jump to this page

Hi, I update the profile, add Data Service
select the data center/cloud as the Development Areas of Interest, then re-login, it shows the drive/driveos-sdk page.
