Counter Strike: Global Offensive crashes with 396.24 (and 396.18) drivers

The game crashes in like half minute after joining a match.

It’s not the only game crashing with new drivers, there’s also Rust which crashes while loading:

Both games are using opengl.

For anyone looking for a solution, just use the 390xx drivers for now.
Nvidia, please, start looking into this problem!
