I am on Win10 21H1
GPU 2070S
DRIVER STUDIO 511.65

I have a similar issue, on a USB SSD drive, formatted using exFat. it is probably due to
‘The device does not support symbolic links.’
Is there a way to remove the requirement for symbolic links? Blender 3.1 USD Alpha Branch doesn’t require a symbolic link, and works fine on exFat with Omniverse.

You are right! I install it on a ntfs drive. Thx!
