CUDA 3.0 download page not available from CUDA Toolkit Archive

Hello! I was previously (in September of 2023) using CUDA 3.0 for cuDNN and OpenCV because I have an old GPU. I had to reinstall Windows and I’m trying to reinstall CUDA 3.0 but the download page for the CUDA Toolkit 3.0 is not found.

Is this a temporary thing or are the archives being removed? Can I use the newer CUDA version with my old GPU? (I don’t think this is likely)
Where can I find a download link for CUDA Toolkit 3.0 ?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It is a GeForce GT 745M
The laptop I’m using is a Lenovo Ideapad Z710

You GPU is CC 3.0 and the last version of Cuda to support it was Cuda 10.2.
