CUDA install shows splash screen and then deletes unpacked folder

Hi all,
I have a new workstation running windows 11 and contains a RTX A6000. When I try to install the Cuda-toolkit, the .exe file unpacks the folder to the location I point it to, the splash screen appears, abruptly disappears, and the folder is deleted.

Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on?

A couple of notes:

  1. nvidia-smi shows that I have CUDA 12.4.
  2. nvcc is showing as an invalid command.
  3. I have tried installing with anti-virus and firewalls disabled.

At this point I am very confused and any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am having the exact same issue. I have never had a problem installing CUDA toolkit on my machine before. I am also trying to install CUDA TK 12.4 on Windows 10 with an RTX A5000. My driver is up to date, I do not have any other NVIDIA software like GeForce Experience, and antivirus/firewall has been turned off. The installer unpacks, splash screen, and then rolls back. Nothing is installed.
