You can find the results of the failed run with port-a in the file results_e3326-port-a.zip.
It contains the dmesg outputs before the first run, after the first and after the second run of gstreamer.
It also contains the commandline sequence that leads to these files.

You can check the related settings and registers value by following the AN.
And you can use the method mentioned in AN to run CSI calibration which is in chapter 30 of TRM.

The project finally got canceled due to the delay and I am now to busy with another project to spend the time checking your recomendations.
I will come back later, as we have another project where we use all 12 CSI-2 lanes on the TX2, some in 2-lane some in 4-lane configuration.
