I am having issues with my GRID K2 on our Server 2012 R2 Datacenter server. It recognized the GFX card and I installed the driver but it has a yellow exclamation mark with Code 43.
I have tried reseating the card, reinstalled driver, and updated bios, still have the same error code 43. Any ideas?
Server is a Dell T620 and it said K2 was compatible with it.

Have you spoken to Dell?
Did you purchase the server with the card installed?
Do you have the card adequately powered? Connected the 8 pin power cable?
I have not spoke to Dell yet.
The card was purchased through Amazon, Dell T620 was on the compatible list for the K2.
The card is powered through the slot. If I connect the 8 pin, server won’t turn on with a short circuit message.
