Drive AGX Not powering on freshly out of the package

Drive AGX Orin does not power up even the first time it was taken out of the package received

Fans are not running. No LED is shown up. Only one tera term output is received and that is given below

Could you share lsusb output on host? Also, are you able to access tegra console using (sudo minicom -D /dev/ttyACM0) ?

Firstly, please check if tegra console can be accessed and update the status. Could you please share the logs of lsusb on host after setting the board in recovery mode from Aurix. I have shared the commands via PM already. I don’t see logs in private message. Could you please share the full logs for review.

If two NVIDIA devices are visible in lsusb. Could you please change the bootchain and see if the tegra console can be accessed in other bootchain.

Suspecting issue with HW. Filed bug for internally. I will update you the status via private message.
