I am attempting to download the nvcr.io/drive/driveos-sdk/drive-agx-orin-linux-aarch64-sdk-build-x86 image using the permissions of a regular developer. However, I encountered an error after logging in. Could it be that I need to be an authenticated enterprise user?

Could you check https://developer.nvidia.com/docs/drive/drive-os/6.0.10/public/drive-os-linux-installation/common/topics/installation/docker-ngc/download-install-docker-linux-devzone.html .
Also, do you see DRIVE OS docker image in NGC portal?
Check logout and login again with credentials to see if it works or try accessing for other machine
